When opening a support request for an issue, please include the following information:

  • Detailed description of the problem that you are experiencing
  • Tasktop Error Report which can be generated by following the steps on our FAQ
    • Note: If this error report is too large to send (e.g. over 10MB), please inform us in the support request and we will provide an alternate method to upload the file
